Lets start at the beginning

Most of the information that I am starting off with I am getting from this website called, "Exploring Homeschooling".There are a lot of websited like this out there with tons of information, this is just the first one that I looked at. It has a whole list of Christian Cirriculum, and the first on their list is A Beka Book. I think that Mom mentioned that Joe and I started off with this when we were at Christian Life, and I know that we got off to a good start with reading through it. This is a big website with a lot of info, so we will just start off with this one. Take a few days, check it out. I realize that we can't anticipate all our need through the internet, this is just a good place to start.

I just found this. Maybe I should go to school to be a teacher! Just a thought to protect our kids!

The A Beka option is good because they have different options of Accredited our not. The kits seem like the way to go, but seem to be a little more pricier, like a little under $200 for the kids and you have to buy the parent kit too, which is a little less expensive but still over $100. I know it is effective and I have heard good things about it, I guess we just need to think how much do we want to spend per child.
